Kaspi.kz price scraping and monitoring

Kaspi.kz price scraping: the top spot without losing margin

For every product you sell on Kaspi.kz we collect the lowest price and the seller offering it, alert you when you’ve been undercut, and update the price in your Kaspi price list according to your rules. The price never drops below the floor you set. It works with a 1C-Bitrix online store or on its own, with an Excel spreadsheet.

Who it’s for

When price monitoring pays off

On Kaspi.kz, shoppers see all sellers of a product in a single list, and the cheapest one usually comes first. You can track this by hand while you have a dozen products. Beyond that, you need automation.

Hundreds of products on Kaspi

Scale

A manager simply can’t check competitor prices across the whole range every day. The “key” products get checked, and the rest sell at whatever price they happen to have.

What you get: a daily table covering every product: your price, the lowest price, the seller and your position.

Competitors change prices all the time

Speed

A competitor cuts the price in the evening, and by morning the sales have gone to them. Finding out from a drop in orders the following week is expensive.

What you get: an alert via Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS as soon as you’re undercut on an important product.

Price dumping eats into margin

Margin

Matching every competitor’s price cut is easy — until sales go up and profit disappears. You need rules, not a race to the bottom.

What you get: auto-repricing with a price floor based on purchase cost and margin, and a price increase once the cheaper competitor has gone.

You need a picture of the market

Analytics

Which products sell below the market price, where there are many competitors and where you are the only seller, how prices move within a category — these are questions for purchasing and range planning.

What you get: a price history by product that can be connected to BI analytics alongside your sales data.

Features

What the service does

We tailor it to your catalogue and workflow: from a simple daily price table to auto-repricing with a Kaspi price list and custom logic in your online store.

Price collection

For each product: the lowest price, the seller offering it, your position in the list, and the date and status of the check. Timing and frequency follow your schedule.

How we find the product: by the link to its product page on Kaspi.kz or by the SKU from your catalogue.

Alerts

You’ve been undercut, a price has been lowered by a rule, a competitor is below your floor — your manager gets a message via Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS. Not for every product, only for the ones that matter.

You configure: which products, which events and who gets notified.

Auto-repricing

Take first place by undercutting by a set amount, hold second place, raise the price once the cheaper competitor has gone — using rules per product or category.

Safeguard: a price floor based on purchase cost and margin; a rule never takes the price below it.

Kaspi price list

An XML file with prices and stock availability that meets Kaspi’s requirements, available via a link. Kaspi fetches it automatically every 60 minutes if it has changed.

Where it lives: on your website, or on our server if you don’t have one.

Integration with 1C-Bitrix

Prices from monitoring go straight into your online store’s catalogue, and the Kaspi price list is generated from the same catalogue. We can program any logic based on the results — from “below market price” labels to brand-specific rules.

Without 1C-Bitrix: results in Excel, Google Sheets or XML.

History and reports

How the lowest price and your own price for a product changed over the month, how many times you were undercut, and in which categories you are above the market.

Next step: combine it with sales data from 1C and Kaspi in a BI analytics dashboard.

How it works

From your catalogue to the price on the Kaspi storefront

Five steps, and you can stop at whichever level suits you: just watch prices, receive alerts, or let the rules change prices for you.

1Honestly about speed

A new price reaches Kaspi.kz with the next price list upload: Kaspi fetches it from the link every 60 minutes if the file has changed. Short of editing by hand in the merchant account, nothing is faster.

2The floor matters more than the position

First place in the list isn’t worth selling at a loss. If a competitor is below your floor, we leave the price alone and notify your manager — the decision is yours.

3Product matching

The same product can be named differently by different sellers. We link your items to Kaspi product pages by URL or SKU and check doubtful matches by hand at launch.

4Your data stays yours

Monitoring runs on your website or on our server in Kazakhstan. The tables, history and rule settings belong to you and can be exported at any time.

Launch

How we launch monitoring

We start small: first we only collect prices and show you the picture; auto-repricing is switched on once the rules have been tested on your products.

01

Catalogue analysis

Which products and how many, where prices and purchase costs come from, whether you have an online store and a Kaspi price list. The scope of work and the estimate depend on this.

02

Matching with Kaspi

We link your products to Kaspi.kz product pages by URL or SKU. Doubtful matches are checked by hand together with your manager.

03

Price collection and table

We start scheduled monitoring and deliver the first table: where you are first, where you are above the market and by how much. At this stage you can already see which products need attention.

04

Alerts and rules

We set up who gets notified about what, plus pricing rules with a price floor. At first a rule only suggests a price and your manager confirms it; then we switch on full automation.

05

Price list and ongoing support

We connect the price list link in your Kaspi merchant account, keep an eye on the monitoring and refine the rules when your range or the market changes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will a new price appear on Kaspi.kz?

Monitoring checks prices on your schedule. A new price is written to the price list immediately, and Kaspi fetches the price list from its link every 60 minutes if it has changed. So the realistic delay is up to an hour after the check.

Could auto-repricing make me sell at a loss?

No. Each product or category has a price floor based on the purchase price and a minimum margin. If a competitor sells below it, the rule won’t lower your price; instead your manager is notified and decides.

Do I need a 1C-Bitrix online store?

No. Monitoring also works on its own: the product list lives in Excel or a Google Sheet, results go back there, and the Kaspi price list is served from our server. With 1C-Bitrix you can do more: prices and the price list come straight from your store’s catalogue.

How do you find my product among the sellers on Kaspi?

By the link to the product page on Kaspi.kz or by the SKU from your catalogue. At launch we match your entire range and check doubtful items by hand together with you.

Can the price go up, not just down?

Yes. If the cheapest competitor has gone or raised their price, a rule can move your price back up — so you stay first without selling cheaper than necessary.

In what form do I get the results?

A table in Excel or Google Sheets, an XML file, or a section in the admin panel of your 1C-Bitrix online store — whatever suits your team. Alerts come via Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of products, how often they are checked, and whether you need auto-repricing and integration with your store. We give an estimate after analysing your catalogue; further development and rule changes cost 20 000 ₸ per hour.
