Bitrix24: cloud and on-premise your own Asterisk PBX PBX control panel app with push

Bitrix24 and Asterisk integration: your PBX inside the portal

We connect Bitrix24 to your own PBX and give you what standard telephony lacks: a PBX control panel right in the portal, our own mobile app that calls through your PBX, and, for on-premise Bitrix24, the portal’s standard dialer running on your Asterisk. Cards, the call log, recordings and tasks stay native.

Only from us

Three things standard Bitrix24 telephony doesn’t have

The portal’s standard telephony runs through the vendor’s cloud. We connect your own PBX — and manage it from Bitrix24.

PBX control panel in the portal

  • Employees, extensions, voice menu, routes
  • Blacklist and call log with playback
  • Online status of every phone

Our own Onelab Phone app

  • Calls from the work number through your PBX
  • Push wakes the phone even when the app is closed
  • Setup via QR, TLS and SRTP encryption

On-premise: the portal dialer on your PBX

  • The standard in-browser dialer works through your Asterisk
  • No need for the vendor’s cloud telephony
  • The Bitrix core stays unchanged, and updates don’t break anything

App

Onelab Phone: a work number in every employee’s pocket

The standard Bitrix24 app calls through the vendor’s telephony, not through your PBX. That’s why we built our own — free for clients.

Connection status
  • Rings even when the app is closedOn an incoming call, the PBX sends a push, and the phone wakes up and rings in about 7 seconds.
  • Setup in 10 secondsThe employee scans a QR code from the panel, and the account, server and push are configured automatically.
  • Calls from the work numberThe client sees the company number, and the call is recorded and added to the CRM card.
  • Encrypted callsThe connection to the PBX uses TLS, voice uses SRTP.

How it’s built

PBX on a dedicated server, CRM in Bitrix24

The portal can be in the cloud: nothing is installed on it except a local app. The PBX server belongs to the company and doesn’t depend on third-party cloud plans.

Connectivity

  • Carrier SIP trunk: the company number
  • Onelab Phone on Android
  • SIP phones and softphones at workstations

Onelab PBX · dedicated server

  • Asterisk 22: menu, queues, transfer, recording
  • Integration service: CRM rules, tasks, recording upload
  • Push server for sleeping phones
  • Security: firewall, brute-force blocking, encryption

Bitrix24

  • Portal telephony: card, call log, one-click calling
  • CRM: leads, contacts, deals
  • Tasks and CoPilot: callbacks, transcripts
Recordings are stored in Bitrix24. The PBX server keeps a copy for 30 days.
No per-minute PBX fees. The number of employees is not limited by a license.
We don’t touch the portal. Integration runs through the standard Bitrix24 REST.

Security

Protection is part of the basic setup

A hacked PBX can run up millions in international calls overnight. We close this off before launch: from 15 to 18 September, the trading company’s PBX repelled 6,628 password-guessing attempts and blocked 211 addresses, with 0 break-ins.

Password brute force

10 failed attempts mean a 30-minute block, a repeat offence — a one-week block.

Anti-fraud

International calls are disabled, and there are no more than five simultaneous outgoing calls.

Encryption

TLS and SRTP for the app, with automatic certificate renewal.

Flooding

Mass scanners are cut off by the firewall, so the PBX never sees them.

Access

Server management only from ONELAB addresses and only with a key.

Monitoring

The server is connected to our security monitoring system, with daily log review.
