EBRD Project Financing
for Businesses

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) reimburses 50-60% of the total amount spent on web studio services by providing grants of up to 10,000 euros.

List of web studio services eligible for reimbursement through the grant:/p>

- writing a technical specification for the project;
- website development and programming;
- implementation of corporate portals, CRM, and ERP systems;
- business process and document workflow automation;
- corporate identity design;

Participation Requirements:

1. Company Size

The enterprise must be classified as a small or medium-sized business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Company Ownership Structure

A private enterprise with a controlling stake owned by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (no more than 49% foreign participation in the capital).

3. Company Industry

Activities in all priority sectors of the economy www.damu.kz

4. Company Experience

A minimum of 2 years of successful operation.

5. Required Application Documentation Package

A completed application, a copy of the founding documents, and financial statements for the past 2 years.

How to
Apply

Your business modernization project involves a tripartite collaboration between the entrepreneur, the web studio, and the EBRD.
Application

The entrepreneur contacts the nearest EBRD office and submits the application documentation package. An EBRD representative reviews and approves the application.
Project Preparation

After the website design layout is agreed upon, the development team begins working. Frontend and backend specialists create a website adapted for various devices based on the design layout, integrating the control panel, databases, and other systems required for the website's operation.

Conclusion

The entrepreneur contacts the nearest EBRD office and submits the application documentation package. An EBRD representative reviews and approves the application.
Implementation

The web studio carries out the project work. The EBRD provides support throughout the entire process.
Grant
Provision

The entrepreneur confirms that the project has been successfully implemented and pays the web studio in full. The company then receives a grant (reimbursement of service costs) of up to 50-60 percent from the EBRD.
