Payment modules for 1C-Bitrix

Card payments on your website from choosing a bank to the “Paid” status

We connect bank or payment service acquiring to your 1C-Bitrix online store: Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Kaspi, instalments. We help you choose a provider, prepare the website for the bank’s check and see it through to the end: the order gets the “Paid” status on its own, and the payment goes to 1C.

How to accept payments

Three routes: a payment service, a bank or Kaspi

The module is the last step. First we decide who to sign the contract with: that determines the payment methods, how long setup takes and the fees.

Setupusually faster and with fewer documentstakes longer: the bank checks the website and the companyrequires certificates and a static server IP

Often the best option is two methods at once: cards via a bank or payment service, plus Kaspi QR. Customers pick the one they are used to, and all orders and payments end up in one admin panel. For expensive goods we add bank instalments and credit.

Where money gets lost

A payment is a chain of six links

The module on the website is only part of the job. The customer pays at the bank, the bank notifies the website, and the website changes the status and passes the payment to 1C. If any link breaks, the money has arrived but the order looks unpaid.

Payment chain: cart, bank page, notification to the website, “Paid” status, 1C data exchange, refund; where each link usually breaks and what we check

1Card details bypass the website

The customer enters card details on the bank’s or service’s page. The website neither sees nor stores them, which means less risk for the store.

2Tests before launch

We test payment, decline, retry and refund in the provider’s test environment, then make a live payment from a computer and a phone.

3Already losing payments?

We’ll start with diagnostics: using the website logs and the provider’s dashboard, we’ll find the link where the chain breaks and reconcile the paid orders.

Before setup

We prepare your website for the bank’s check

Before connecting acquiring, the bank or payment service checks the website. If something is missing, the application is sent back and setup drags on. We check in advance and add whatever is missing.

  • Public offer or contract with the customer
  • Delivery terms and times
  • Terms for returning goods and refunds
  • Company details: name, BIN, address
  • Contact phone and e-mail
  • Prices in tenge and product descriptions
  • Privacy policy
  • HTTPS and payment system logos

Each bank and service has its own exact list, so we check against your provider’s requirements.

Setup

How we set up payments

You sign the contract with the bank or service. The rest is our job: from choosing a provider to the first live payment.

01

Choosing a provider

We look at your average order value, turnover and which payment methods your customers need. We compare the options and help you choose.

02

Website and application

We add missing pages and company details and help with the bank’s or service’s application form.

03

Module and configuration

We install the provider’s ready-made module or write our own using its API. We configure order statuses, notifications, 1C data exchange and refunds, if the provider supports them.

04

Testing and launch

We test payment, decline and refund in the test environment, then make a live payment from a computer and a phone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which should I choose: a bank or a payment service?

A service usually connects faster and offers a range of payment methods right away. Bank acquiring is convenient if your company already has an account with that bank. We’ll look at your store and compare the terms.

What are the fees?

Payment fees are set by the bank or service under its own tariff and depend on the payment method. The module doesn’t change them.

Can I connect several methods at once?

Yes. For example, cards via a bank, Kaspi QR and instalments: the customer chooses the method at checkout, and payments arrive in a single admin panel.

My bank isn’t on the list

If the bank has an internet acquiring API and documentation, we’ll write a module for it. Send us the bank’s name and we’ll check what it offers.

The payment went through but the order is unpaid. Why?

Most often the website didn’t receive the bank’s notification because of a firewall, a certificate or a wrong address. We’ll find the break and fix it, and reconcile the paid orders against the provider’s dashboard.

How long does setup take?

Configuring the module usually takes a few business days. The website check and the contract with the provider take the longest, and those timelines depend on the bank or service.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the provider: whether it has a ready-made module or one has to be written, and what customisation is needed. We’ll quote a price after checking your store.
