What the store gets

For most shoppers in Kazakhstan, Kaspi is the usual way to pay. The fewer steps between the cart and payment, the fewer abandoned orders.

A QR code with the exact amount

The QR code is generated for a specific order once it is placed. The customer doesn’t enter the amount or payment details, so there is nothing to get wrong.

From phone to app

If the order is placed on a mobile, the customer goes straight to the payment screen in the Kaspi.kz app with the order total.

Gold, Red and Kredit

The customer chooses in the app: pay at once, take Kaspi Red instalments or a credit. An expensive purchase is easier to commit to when it can be paid in parts.

Status without reconciliation

After payment, Kaspi notifies the website and the order gets the “Paid” status. The warehouse sees paid orders, and managers don’t reconcile transfers.

No extra contracts

All it takes is for your company to be registered in the Kaspi Pay app. You don’t need a separate contract with an acquiring bank.

Secure connection

The connection between the website and the payment system is protected by two-way certificates, and requests are accepted only from your server’s address.

The customer stays in the familiar Kaspi flow, and the store receives a payment linked to the order.

Setup

How we connect Kaspi QR

The price includes installing and configuring the module in your store. You don’t need to work out whom to contact at Kaspi about payments: that’s our job.

Store check

We check your 1C-Bitrix version, payment methods and order statuses, and which address your server uses to reach the internet.

Kaspi Pay

We check that your company is registered in the Kaspi Pay app and help you set up online payments.

Installation and configuration

We install the module, configure the certificates, payment method and order statuses, and link it to your 1C data exchange if you have one.

Test payment

We make a payment on a real order from a computer and from a phone and check that the status reaches the order.

What you need

a 1C-Bitrix website with the “Online Store” module: the “Small Business” edition or higher (licences);
a company registered in Kaspi Pay;
a server with a static IP address, for example ONEHOST hosting.

Frequently asked questions

How is the module better than a transfer by phone number?

The amount is built into the QR code and linked to the order, the customer pays right after checkout, and the order gets the “Paid” status on its own. There is no need to reconcile transfers by hand, and the customer can choose instalments or credit.

Can customers buy in instalments?

Yes. The customer chooses the method in the Kaspi.kz app: Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red instalments or a Kaspi Kredit credit. The instalment and credit terms, as well as the store’s fee, are set by Kaspi.

What is the fee?

The fee for accepting payments is charged by Kaspi under Kaspi Pay rates and depends on the payment method. The module doesn’t change it.

Do I need a contract with a bank?

You don’t need a separate contract with an acquiring bank: it is enough for your company to be registered in the Kaspi Pay app.

How does the store know an order has been paid?

After payment, Kaspi notifies the website and the module sets the order to the “Paid” status. If 1C data exchange or a Bitrix24 integration is set up, the payment is passed on there too.

Will the module work with my website?

The module is for 1C-Bitrix websites with the “Online Store” module. You need a server with a static IP address: the payment system accepts requests only from your server’s address.
