Roles

Who works on your project

Each task is handled by a specialist in that role, not by a one-person band. That is why one contractor covers the whole project, from processes to servers.

Project manager

A single point of contact: plan, deadlines, reports and liaison with all the specialists.

Analyst and architect

They analyse processes, write the technical specification and design the solution.

Bitrix24 integrator

CRM, business processes, automation rules, exchange with 1C and telephony.

Developers

Front-end and back-end on 1C-Bitrix, Astro and PHP, our own modules and integrations.

Designer

Website and portal interfaces, corporate identity.

SEO and content

Keyword research, copywriting, catalogue content and promotion.

System administrator

Servers and ONEHOST hosting, backups, monitoring and security.

Support

Requests, updates and improvements after launch.

Team composition

The team is put together for the task

You don’t pay for roles the project doesn’t need. A manager and support are always there; other specialists join depending on the type of project.

Rules

How the team works with your systems

Different roles have access to clients’ websites and portals, so we have common rules, and they are set out in the studio’s cybersecurity policy.

Personal accounts

Everyone works under their own account, not a shared one of yours. You can see who did what.

Role-based access

A content operator doesn’t get administrator rights. We connect external accounts through delegated access, without your password.

A backup before changes

We make a backup before any changes and bulk imports.

Technical oversight

Complex projects are additionally checked by the technical director.
