Can Lightshop run on the “Start” edition?
Yes, Lightshop runs on any 1C-Bitrix edition from “Start” upwards. On “Start” and “Standard” it is a catalogue without a basket or online payment; a full store starts from “Small Business”. When you move to a higher edition, you don’t need to buy the solution again.
Will the site look like thousands of others?
The foundation is shared, but the logo, colours, home page blocks, banners and photos are tailored to your brand. If you need a fully unique design, it is cheaper and more honest to build a store from scratch.
How do we accept payments via Kaspi?
We install our Kaspi QR module: the customer pays in the Kaspi.kz app with Gold, Red or Kredit, and the order gets the “Paid” status on its own.
Will the store connect to our 1C?
Yes, through the standard 1C-Bitrix exchange: products, prices, stock levels and orders. For non-standard configurations we set up the exchange for your database and test it before launch.
Who updates the solution?
New versions of Lightshop are released by Aspro, and 1C-Bitrix updates by the platform vendor. We install updates with a backup and check the store afterwards: on customised sites, a solution update sometimes means the customisations have to be adapted.
How long does the launch take?
It depends on the catalogue and integrations: a store set up with the wizard and a manually filled catalogue launches quickly, while one with 1C integration, Kaspi and delivery takes longer. We’ll give you a timeline after the analysis, before you buy licences.
How much does it cost?
The 1C-Bitrix licence at the vendor’s price, the Aspro solution at the vendor’s price, and our setup based on an estimate. Send us a description of your store and we’ll work out the total.
