BI analytics

Every business figure on one screen — and they add up

We bring data from Bitrix24, 1C, Kaspi, your website and spreadsheets into executive dashboards. Power BI, Bitrix24 BI Builder or your own data mart inside your perimeter. First dashboard in 2–3 weeks.

Executive dashboard: revenue, sales funnel, plan vs actual, deviation alerts

Diagnosis

Five signs your reports are letting you down

BI analytics isn't about ‘making it look nice’. You need it when decisions are made on figures you can't trust — or too late. Check yourself.

1

The numbers don't add up

Sales report one turnover, accounting another. Meetings turn into arguments about the data instead of decisions.

2

Reports are built by hand

Every Friday a manager merges Excel exports from the CRM and 1C. By Monday the report is stale; by Wednesday it's forgotten.

3

‘Why did it drop?’ — answered a week later

Finding the cause means digging up exports, questioning people and merging the tables all over again.

4

KPIs are calculated differently

‘Conversion’, ‘margin’ and ‘plan completion’ mean something different in every department. There is nothing to compare.

5

Data lives in five systems

Bitrix24, 1C, Kaspi, ad accounts, spreadsheets. Each holds a piece of the picture; none holds the whole.

Recognise at least two of these?

Here is how we fix it: unified calculation rules, a data mart and role-based dashboards. How it works →

Views

What the executive sees on the dashboard

Six management areas for which we have ready-made metric models. For each, the question the dashboard answers without a call to the person responsible.

Sales

Funnel by stage, plan vs actual by manager and business line, conversion, average order value, deal cycle length, lead sources and their return.

Answers the question: where in the funnel we lose money and which managers will hit their targets.

Finance

Revenue and margin by business line from 1C, cash receipts, receivables by ageing, period comparison, plan vs actual by line item.

Answers the question: how much we really earned and who owes us.

Customers and support

Requests by channel, first response time, SLA, repeat requests, churn and retention, quality ratings.

Answers the question: why customers leave and where support is falling short.

Operations and projects

Task completion by team, overdue and stalled tasks, staff workload, deadlines by stage, personal accountability.

Answers the question: what is on fire today and who is overloaded.

Marketing

Leads and deals by source, cost per lead and per customer, channel payback, end-to-end analytics from the ad to the payment in 1C.

Answers the question: which channel brings money and which brings only enquiries.

Contracts and portfolio

Contract statuses, service and renewal dates, deviations by region and product, contracts that need attention.

Answers the question: which contracts we risk losing this quarter.

Architecture

How analytics people trust is built

A pretty chart on top of dirty data is just one more disputed report. That is why we always put a data mart with unified calculation rules between the sources and the dashboard.

The diagram scrolls sideways →

1Sources

Bitrix24, 1C, Kaspi, website and advertising, Excel and Google Sheets, billing, telephony. Connected via API and exports; data refreshes on a schedule — overnight, hourly or more often.

2Data mart

A single version of the truth: unified metric calculation rules, reconciliation and cleansing (duplicates, gaps, 1C vs CRM discrepancies), daily history for period comparison.

3Dashboards

By role: the executive gets money, plan and risks; sales get the funnel and managers; finance gets receipts and receivables; operations get tasks and SLA. Everyone sees their own view.

Tools

Three formats — chosen for the task, not for fashion

There is no single ‘right’ BI for every case. There are three working options, and the choice depends on where the data lives, who will view the reports and what may leave the company.

For example, we built the management analytics of ONELAB and ONEHOST the third way: the data mart takes data from the 1C of two companies and shows revenue, margin and receipts across nine service groups.

Examples

Dashboards we have built

Three standard solutions we adapt to your industry and company structure, and two projects where analytics is embedded in real processes.

BI BuilderSalesCommunications

Manager activity and results

Calls, e-mails and chats per manager next to closed deals and conversion. You can see whose activity turns into money and whose turns into a report on being busy.

BI BuilderRisksRegions and products

Contract portfolio

Statuses and deadlines for every contract, service deviations by region and product. Contracts that need attention rise to the top on their own.

Power BIManagementDeadlines

Task completion by team

Operational analytics, priorities and personal accountability in one report: what is done, what is overdue, who is overloaded and where a management decision is needed.

Baiterek HoldingBitrix24REST API

Subsidiary reporting delivered to the Analytical Centre with no manual processing

Subsidiaries upload template-based reports through a Bitrix24 smart process; the system validates them and passes them to the holding's Analytical Centre via REST API. Analysts work with clean data instead of e-mails and attachments.

The management analytics we use ourselves

Revenue and margin across nine service groups, cash receipts, 2025 vs 2026 comparison — from the 1C of two companies under unified rules. It showed that ‘hosting receipts’ and ‘accrued revenue’ are different things, and we stopped confusing them at meetings.

Data rules

A dashboard is worth exactly as much as the trust in its figures

That is why in every project we agree on the rules first and only then draw the charts.

A single metric dictionary

What ‘revenue’, ‘conversion’ and ‘plan completion’ mean is written down once and is the same for every department. The formulas sit next to the dashboard, so there is nothing to argue about.

Every figure has a source

Money comes from 1C, deals from the CRM, orders from Kaspi. Each metric has a designated source of truth; the other systems are reconciled against it, and discrepancies are shown separately.

Role-based access

The executive sees everything, a manager sees their own deals, finance sees the money. Permissions are inherited from Bitrix24 or set in the data mart; salaries and margin never reach the shared screen.

Data stays in Kazakhstan

We host the data mart inside your perimeter or in the ONEHOST data centre in Kazakhstan. If cloud Power BI is chosen, we agree in advance which fields never leave.

Where to start

How we can work together

We start with one dashboard that answers the executive's most painful question. Then we expand based on proven value, not on a year-long implementation plan.

Pilot dashboard · 2–3 weeks

One area, your data, a working screen

We pick an area — sales, money or tasks — connect two or three sources, agree on the calculation rules and build a dashboard that gets used from day one.

  • an executive dashboard in Power BI, BI Builder or the data mart;
  • a metric dictionary and a list of discrepancies between systems;
  • scheduled data refresh.

Implementation

Analytics across every area and role

A data mart, all sources connected, dashboards for management, sales, finance and operations, access rights, team training.

  • timeline and cost are fixed after the source inventory;
  • staged delivery: a new dashboard every one to two weeks;
  • documentation, formulas and access stay with you.
Support and growth

Analytics that grows with the business

New metrics and sources, changes in 1C and the CRM, data checks after system updates, answers to user questions.

  • monthly reconciliation against 1C;
  • new views and dashboards on request;
  • broken exports fixed within a business day.

How we work

Six steps to a dashboard people trust

Timings are for the pilot dashboard. A full implementation follows the same steps, but each takes longer.

01

Diagnosing tasks and KPIs 1–2 days

Which decisions the executive makes from the figures and which questions come up most often. We record the list of metrics, the calculation principles and the roles — who sees what.

02

Source inventory 2–4 days

Where the data lives, who enters it and how far it can be trusted. We find duplicates, gaps and discrepancies between 1C and the CRM, and agree which system is the master for each metric.

03

Data model and data mart 2–4 days

We design the metric model and the data mart so that new views can be added without rework. This is also where the single dictionary and formulas live.

04

Connection and refresh 1–2 days

We connect the sources via API and exports, set up scheduled refresh and monitoring: if an export breaks, we find out before you do.

05

Dashboards 2–4 days

We build screens by role and scenario: what the executive looks at in the morning, what a department head looks at in the daily meeting. We verify the figures together with accounting and sales.

06

Access, training, support 1–2 days

We set up permissions, publish the reports and show how to read the charts and where to look when something deviates. From there, the analytics grows as new questions come up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Power BI or Bitrix24 BI Builder — which to choose?

If sales, tasks and communications live entirely in Bitrix24 and the executive's questions are about the funnel and managers, start with BI Builder: it is already in the portal and faster. If you need to combine 1C, Kaspi, spreadsheets and several legal entities, or a holding needs a single reporting standard — Power BI. If data cannot leave the company or there are dozens of users — your own on-premise data mart. This is exactly what we work out at the first meeting.

Does everyone who views reports need a Power BI licence?

In cloud Power BI — yes, Microsoft licences are counted per user, and with many view-only users this becomes a noticeable cost. That is why for companies with dozens of users we offer our own data mart with no viewing licences, or Bitrix24 BI Builder if the data is already there.

Can we do it without Bitrix24?

Yes. The source can be any system with an API or an export: 1C, another CRM, Kaspi, spreadsheets, databases. With Bitrix24 and 1C we have ready-made connectors and hundreds of implementations behind us, so it is faster.

Where is the data stored and who has access to it?

We host the data mart inside your perimeter or in the ONEHOST data centre in Kazakhstan. Dashboard access is role-based: the executive sees everything, employees see their own views. If cloud Power BI is chosen, we agree in advance which fields never leave.

How often is the data refreshed?

On a schedule: usually overnight for finance and hourly or more often for sales and tasks.

What if the data in 1C and the CRM is poorly maintained?

It almost always is, and that is one of the reasons to do analytics. During the inventory stage we show exactly where the data diverges and who enters it. Some of it we fix with data mart rules, some with small CRM tweaks and data entry guidelines. As a bonus, the dashboard becomes a data quality control tool.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

A pilot dashboard takes 2–3 weeks with a fixed scope of work, so we name the price after the first meeting. A full implementation is estimated after the source inventory, once the scale of integrations is clear. Power BI licences and the Bitrix24 plan are priced separately.

Can AI be added to the analytics?

Yes. You can put an AI agent on top of the data mart that answers the executive's questions like ‘why did sales in Astana drop’ in chat, prepares a weekly summary of the figures and writes explanations for deviations. The data mart remains the source of truth — the agent only reads it.

Discuss the task

Which executive question should the first dashboard answer?

Describe it in your own words and list where the data lives today. At the first meeting we'll propose the format and pilot scope, and show similar dashboards.

  • We reply within a business day and meet online or at our office in Almaty or Astana.
  • We'll show our dashboards on live data, including our own 1C analytics.
  • We name the pilot price after the first meeting.
