What a licence and its renewal cost

Since 1 January 2026, 1C-Bitrix prices are listed excluding VAT, and 16% VAT is added at checkout for every category of buyer. That is why we show both amounts: before tax and the total payable.

How the licence works

Buy once, renew if you wish

A 1C-Bitrix licence is not a subscription: your site keeps working after the year is over. But without renewal, updates stop being installed — and security fixes go with them.

1No subscription fee

You buy the licence once. A year of updates and vendor technical support is already included in the price.

2Renewal: 25%

Another year of updates costs a quarter of your edition’s price. You can buy it at any time, but only one year ahead.

3How many sites

Start allows up to two sites; the other editions have no limit, provided the sites run on one hosting account and one copy of the product.

4Updates and PHP

Since 1 February 2026, updates install only on PHP 8.2 or later. If your site runs on an older PHP version, we will move it with no downtime.

Why us

A licence is only the start of work on your site

We don’t just sell a licence key: we have been building sites on 1C-Bitrix since 2010 and take responsibility for how the licence works from then on.

Vendor’s price

Licences and renewals at 1C-Bitrix prices, with no mark-up. We issue them to your company and work under a contract, with payment by invoice.

No edition you don’t need

Before you buy, we look at what the site has to do: Small Business is enough for many stores, while Business is needed when you have warehouses, wholesale and dealers.

Installation and launch

We install the product, migrate your site and set up 1C data exchange and online payment. The site can run on ONEHOST hosting in Kazakhstan.

Updates going forward

We remind you when renewal is due and test updates on a copy before installing them on the live site, as part of our support and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

Which edition should I choose for an online store with 1C?

Small Business: a catalogue of any size, orders, discounts, delivery and 1C data exchange. Business is needed if you have several warehouses and price types — wholesale and retail, dealer sales, bundles and kits, a loyalty programme.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. The licence is bought once, and the first year of updates and vendor technical support is included. After that, renewal costs 25% of the edition price if you want to keep receiving updates.

What happens if I don’t renew the licence?

The site will keep working, but product updates and vendor technical support will no longer be available. Over time this becomes a security risk, and since 1 February 2026 updates also require PHP 8.2 or later — we can help with the upgrade.

How many sites can I run on one licence?

On the Start edition, up to two sites. On the others, as many as you like, provided all the sites run on one hosting account and one copy of the product.

Why is VAT added to the price?

Since 1 January 2026, 1C-Bitrix prices are listed excluding VAT, and 16% VAT is added when the order is placed, regardless of the buyer category.

Can I move up to a higher edition later?

Yes, an upgrade to a higher edition is arranged through a 1C-Bitrix partner. We will calculate the cost for your licence, and the site does not need to be rebuilt when you upgrade.

How quickly will I receive the licence?

We email the licence key within a few hours of payment. The licence is issued to your company; we work under a contract, with payment by invoice.
